Replacement sign faces are custom formed to meet your specific requirements that have many options such as radius corners, track letters, and embossing. We use top-grade acrylic that is vacuum-formed into an embossed pan face with a bubble-out effect.  You can choose to emboss the text and images to really kick your sign up a notch. We paint on the inside of the clear sign face with deep vivid colors that look amazing from the outside while protecting your investment under the acrylic face. We also print and apply to the outside of the white sign face or you can order a blank white face and print and apply your own graphics. Whatever your preference these backlit faces will look great and get your business found. 

We use Acrysteel© X15 for our formed sign faces, we can make as large as 8' x 21' in one piece. The biggest advantage with this acrylic is the long-term clarity of approximately 8-10 years. Acrylics do not significantly alter in color during that time period keeping your graphics bright and sharp. Acrylic is impact resistant and withstands high winds. Pan faces are vacuum-formed to a depth of 1.5 inches, this gives more than just a decorative appearance to the face, it adds strength and durability.

Painted Sign Face:  Painting on the inside of the face is recommended for a long-lasting permanent face solution We spray translucent paints on the inside of a clear acrylic sign face in reverse to be viewed from the outside. This process is called second surface reverse painting, it looks amazing while protecting your investment. 

Printed Sign Face: Printing on the outside of the sign face is recommended if your graphics are subject to change.  We print high resolution on translucent vinyl and apply it to a white acrylic sign face. This face style is popular with advertisers who want to print and apply their own graphics. 

Embossed Sign Face:  For strength and a more decorative appearance we recommend our embossed pan faces whenever possible. Pan faces are vacuum-formed to a depth of 1.5 inches, this adds strength and durability. 

Embossed Text and Images: Embossing makes copy and images stand out more with a bolder more striking appearance. Choose standard embossing, debossed, or double embossed. The raised graphics have a bubble-out effect.
